Vocalink are currently experiencing an intermittent issue affecting report collection via BACSTEL-IP in the production environment. Their support teams are actively investigating the issue and working to implement a fix as soon as possible. We will provide further updates as they become available.

Update – Vocalink Bacs Reporting Issue Vocalink has identified a fix for the issue affecting Bacs report downloads. The fix has been successfully tested, and implementation is planned for tonight. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide a further update once the fix has been implemented and service is confirmed as restored.

Vocalink continue to investigate the issue and have a potential fix which needs to be progressed. There is a no confirmed fix timeline at the moment. Vocalink have taken some steps to alleviate the impact of the issue for London & Zurich and our customers.
