[Resolved] Service disruption due to the Global CrowdStrike issue.

We are aware of some users experiencing issues when using services provided by London and Zurich. This is due to outage reported in the news this morning. Our developers are currently investigating various solutions to bring back L&Z services as soon as possible.

We are treating this as a P1 issue. We will submit another update within one hour.

Our customer service phone line is experiencing increased calls due to the outage. We will continue to post updates on status page. If you do have a question please email customer.services@landz.co.uk.

As you may have noticed from the availability of our services, and as reported in the national news, there is currently a global IT issue affecting several industries across the UK, including major brands, and impacting our services. Our team is working diligently to bring our systems back online and has bolstered additional support to do so.

We have identified the solution and are working towards restoring all services as quickly as possible.

We're pleased to announce that all L&Z services, including back office functions, the L&Z portal, OSU and the API service are now fully functional.

Once again, we are sorry for the inconvenience that this global IT issue has caused and we thank you for your patience.

We are aware that some users are reporting some issues with the API service. Please be reassured that these reports are being looked into presently and we will issue a further update shortly.

Having monitored the API service for the past hour, we are pleased to confirm that all services are fully operational and Clients are utilising all L&Z functionality without any issues.
