Access Issues with L&Z Portal – Quick Fix

We are aware that some users are currently experiencing difficulties accessing certain features of the L&Z portal.

This issue has occurred following a recent minor update to our software. In some cases, cached data is preventing the portal from displaying correctly.

To resolve this, please follow the steps below:

  • Press Ctrl + F5 on your keyboard

(or Ctrl + Fn + F5 if you're using a laptop)

This will perform a hard refresh of your browser and should restore full functionality.
